Why EVA over carpet
Marine carpet holds water, grows mildew, and traps fish scales and sand. EVA rinses clean with a hose, doesn't absorb water, stays 20–30°F cooler than dark carpet in summer, and won't rot the plywood subdeck underneath.

Cool underfoot. Custom to your deck.
Custom-templated EVA foam flooring for any deck. Non-slip, UV-stable, and forgiving on bare feet — and on dropped tackle, phones, or cold drinks. We template, cut, and install kits for wake boats, pontoons, center consoles, and bass rigs. A typical kit runs around $1,800–$3,000 depending on boat size, coverage, and any custom engraving.
Template
We come to you (or you drop the boat) and template each deck panel with rigid backer so the fit is perfect to the trim.
Design
Pick base color, accent stripes, pattern direction, and any engraved logo. We send a digital proof before any foam is cut.
CNC cut
Cut on a CNC router from closed-cell EVA with a chamfered edge profile so the panels look molded, not stuck on.
Install
Old flooring removed, deck cleaned and degreased, panels dry-fit, then PSA backing is exposed and rolled down. Most boats are a 2–3 hour job.

Two-tone faux teak is most popular on wake boats. Carbon-fiber pattern looks great on darker hulls. Solid colors (light gray, sand, navy) give a clean modern look. We can run accent stripes, custom logos, or a hailing port on the swim platform.
Quality EVA holds up 8–10 years with normal use. The PSA backing we use is 3M VHB-grade — it does not lift at seams when the deck heats up in the sun. If a panel ever fails, single panels can be replaced without redoing the whole kit.
