How it works

  1. 1

    Site visit

We walk the beach, measure square footage, check access width for the sifter, and note any underground utilities or sprinkler heads.

  2. 2

    Schedule

Booked around tides and lake levels — most residential jobs are a half-day; HOA and resort jobs are scheduled outside peak guest hours.

  3. 3

    Sift & smooth

Our walk-behind sifter passes over the sand, picks up debris into the basket, and leaves the surface soft, fluffy, and level.

  4. 4

    Haul-off

Collected debris is bagged on-site and removed from the property — nothing left behind for you to deal with.

The details

Who this is for

Lakefront homeowners with a private beach, HOAs managing a shared waterfront, campgrounds and resorts, day camps, and event venues hosting weddings or parties on the sand. Anyone who wants the beach to feel new without doing it by hand.

What we pull out

Zebra mussel shells, pea gravel that's washed up over the season, broken glass, bottle caps, cigarette butts, fishing line, hooks, and storm debris like sticks and leaves. Down to 4 inches — deeper than a rake will ever get.

Recurring plans

Most private lakefronts book a spring opener, mid-summer refresh, and a fall close. HOAs and resorts typically run a monthly or bi-weekly schedule through the season. Recurring customers get priority scheduling and a per-visit discount.

FAQ

Is the sifter heavy enough to damage my beach?
No — it's a walk-behind unit with low ground pressure. It's lighter than a riding mower per square inch and won't compact the sand.
Do you sift around docks and stairs?
Yes. We sift right up to fixed structures and hand-rake the tight spots the machine can't reach.
What's the minimum job size?
We have a half-day minimum on residential. Small beaches get the full half-day at the minimum rate.
